   These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the online course materials (the “Course Materials”) provided by Qualistery GmbH (the “Company”) through its website. By purchasing and accessing the Course Materials, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not purchase or access the Course Materials.

   The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, share, transfer, or distribute the Course Materials in any form or manner to any third party.

3. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
   The Course Materials and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the Company. You may not use, copy, or reproduce the Course Materials in any manner except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

4. REFUND POLICY
   The Company offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its Course Materials. If you are not satisfied with the Course Materials for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, please email the Company at info@qualistery.com.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The Course Materials are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Course Materials and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Course Materials, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. MODIFICATIONS
   The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Course Materials with or without notice to you. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Course Materials.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Course Materials and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.
